The properties on The Kirton Estate are in a picturesque rural haven and yet are conveniently situated near Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, with good easy access to the A14 and A12.  All three local towns have excellent schools and shopping centres.  Each has a railway station with a direct service available between Ipswich and London.

There is a wealth of leisure activities on the door-step, including well-marked footpaths and bridleways on the Estate itself, where you can explore the banks of the River Deben and much of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is reknowned for the variety of it's wildlife.

Sailing, fishing, golf and horse riding are all readily available in the locality.

Residential: The cottages and houses on the Estate are much sought-after, and quickly snapped up whenever one becomes available to rent.  Letting is managed on our behalf by Clarke & Simpson of Framlingham (Tel: 01728 621200), to whom initial enquiries should be directed.

Commercial: The Estate has a number of redundant farm buildings available for either storage or workshops or conversion to offices. If you are interested in moving out of the town to the peace of the countryside, where there are no parking problems yet access is still good for clients and staff, please contact the Estate Office.
